Scott Donner grew up in a family business hearing those words his whole life. He believed he would join his Father and Grandfather at ADI Management buying, selling, and managing the family's portfolio of apartment buildings in New York. However, Scott had a vision of improving upon the business model and decided to build an in house construction company to support the renovation needs ol the family's real estate portfolio.
